Employee Services Manager manages the selection, design, and implementation of employee engagement programs geared to attract and retain employees and promote a healthy and productive work environment. Administers programs focused on work-life, child care, fitness, discounts, remote working, education, training, and others to provide options that engage employees. Being an Employee Services Manager analyzes and assesses program utilization, employee feedback, competitiveness, and workforce productivity to ensure that a cost-effective mix of programs is offered. Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Additionally, Employee Services Manager implements policies and procedures to guide department workflow to control program costs, promoting efficiency and optimizing administrative hours delegated to programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Employee Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Employee Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     SUMMARY: Work under direction of the Associate Director of Athletics to assist in
    providing fans with world class service at Fire Athletics events. These responsibilities
    exist before, during, and after each game. This role is vital when it comes to creating
    an enjoyable, clean and safe environment for our guests attending Fire Athletic
    events. To achieve this, our staff needs to be professional, courteous, pleasant,
    reliable, and dependable. We are looking for enthusiastic representatives to provide
    excellent customer service to our patrons. 

    Greet each fan with a warm smile and a friendly welcome 
    Assist guest in how to get to their seats. 
    Assist in providing special accommodations for disabled fans 
    Assists guests with any needs they may require 
    Remains aware of any special activities, functions, or promotions for that game. •
    Thank fans form coming 

    Regular and timely attendance required at ALL Fire Football home games 
     
    Ticket Sale & Service Representative:

    SUMMARY: Maximize ticket revenue by increasing paid attendance for Fire Athletic
    events on campus while providing exceptional customer service. 


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
    Generate new business through group and season ticket sales 
    Assist in database management, including lead entry and reporting 
    Generate new group concepts and ideas for increasing revenue 
    Assist with special group and season ticket sales projects 
    Assist tickets sales department through outbound, inbound and renewal sales,
    including tracking and monitoring calls for productivity and effectiveness.
