Reviews and researches complex questions and identifies opportunities to improve employee engagement and work experience. Job Description
As Business Development and Operations Manager, you will learn the “ins and outs” of the company, understanding what we do at Employee Plans Services (EPS), and managing day-to-day tasks. Other in-office responsibilities will be involved including organizing paperwork, entering data, and providing direct help for the President of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinating interns
Providing general clerical support
Filing electronic and paper copies of documents
Preparing written communications on the president’s behalf
Planning company events
Performing minor accounting duties
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
Managing the president’s calendar, prioritizing time sensitive matters
Qualifications and Skills:
Delegation skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Time management skills
Proficient typing abilities
Maintain the highest level of client confidentiality
Schedule and Compensation:
This in-person position requires commuting to 7100 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 502, College Park, MD (next to the University of Maryland Campus).
