POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for answering customer inquiries and completing transaction requests received through the Interactive Teller Machine. This position is responsible for performing Teller transactions for existing customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner according to bank procedures. This position requires extensive customer interaction, and a broad knowledge of all bank products and general operations. Provides exceptional customer service in response to customer needs and requests.
