    As the Third-Party Employee Benefits Administrator, you will…

    • Compliance testing for defined contribution plans (ADP Testing, ACP Testing, Top Heavy Testing, Coverage Testing, General Nondiscrimination Testing, etc.)
    • Preparation of Forms 5500, 1099-R, 945, 8955-SSA, 5330, and other government forms for defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, and welfare benefit plans
    • Preparation of plan documents and amendments
    • ESOP administration, including plan document preparation, 409(p) Testing, diversification calculations, and balance-forward accounting
    • Trust reconciliation with a variety of plan assets and platform providers
    • Technical consulting with respect to plan corrections through EPCRS, DFVCP and VFCP
    • Prior experience with defined benefit plans and/or welfare benefits plans would be beneficial

    As the Third-Party Employee Benefits Administrator, you will have…

    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Minimum of three years of third-party administration/qualified retirement plan compliance experience is required
    • Extreme attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills in working with internal staff, shareholders and clients
    • Ability to define priorities and to handle multiple tasks and projects, with minimal direction
    • Ability to work under pressure; maintain problem-solving attitude
    • Adaptable; able to change focus quickly

    Exceptional candidates will have…

    • QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator) or QPA (Qualified Pension Administrator) certification via ASPPA (or be willing to obtain) is preferred
    • Prior experience with Relius and/or DATAIR is strongly preferred, but not required
