We are seeking a strong team player for the role of Marketing and Appointment Coordinator whose job is to help with marketing strategies and set appointments for our financial professionals. A sharp phone presence with excellent listening skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time is required to be successful in this role. This team player would also play a key role as an Office Administrator responsible for running and coordinating day-to-day operations in a fast-paced office.

Minimum Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- 2 years of experience managing a busy office
- Financial Industry knowledge/experience strong preferred
- Previous experience in a relatable appointment setting or sales role
- Experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with a CRM
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged over the phone

Responsibilities: Marketing and Appointment Coordinator
- Ensure marketing strategies are reaching the target audience for each campaign
- Attend seminars and workshops
- Calling and scheduling prospective client visits
- Consistent follow-up with prospective client visits
- Accurate entry of data into CRM system from prospecting and marketing efforts
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Organize, track, and keep accurate records of marketing efforts via CRM
Responsibilities: Office Administration
- Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
- Calling and scheduling with client review visits
- Consistent follow-up with current clients visits
- Complete and process new client applications; accuracy being pertinent
- Process transactions
- Handle beneficiary changes/withdrawals
- Record client notes into CRM
- Input prospects and keep database/CRM program up to date
Salary: $18 - $19/hour
Hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm (with some flexibility)
