Employee Trust Administrator administers employee benefit trust accounts. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Being an Employee Trust Administrator provides customers with objective financial advice and explains the details of their benefit trust plan. Assists with plan design and benefit distribution when necessary. Additionally, Employee Trust Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Employee Trust Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
