Job Summary
Established Albany, New York Law Firm seeks an Associate Attorney to help represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a driving passion to serve clients with a professional and compassionate approach.
The position requires all aspects of case management including, but not limited to, frequent client contact, attendance at administrative hearings, participation in medical depositions, as well as legal research and writing. Our Attorneys have exposure to all aspects of litigation from initial client contact to final case resolution.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth. The Firm also allows a hybrid schedule after successful completion of a six-month training period.
