Law Firm specializing in Corporate day-to-day operations and management side Labor and Employment issues seeks an Attorney with 3-5 years of experience for the firm’s Morristown office. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate is a strong self-motivator with high attention to detail, excellent time and deadline management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and re-prioritize quickly and efficiently. Must have the ability to work with clients, and individuals at all levels of governmental and private business organizations in a positive, collaborative manner. We are flexible with remote work once on-boarding is complete; however, candidate must work full-time days and be readily available to commute to the office each day if necessary. New Jersey Bar admission required, New York and Pennsylvania Bar admission a plus.

Duties include, but not limited to collaborating with partners and associate attorneys on case status, communicating with clients, appearing at conferences, hearings and meetings with clients and witnesses. Research and drafting pleadings, memorandums, contracts and other legal documents. Preparing and organizing discovery, testimony and exhibits as well as maintaining litigation files.
