$110,000 - $170,000 yearly

• Draft well-crafted pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders for clients
• Advocate skillfully on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
• Identify, solve, and prevent legal issues for clients
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and lead attorneys to ensure efficient family litigation processes
• Manage and respond to discovery requests effectively
• Represent clients in hearings and trials involving custody, support, and property matters
• Participate in mediation sessions
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach favorable resolutions

• Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree
• Preferably have 5 years of experience in Family Law
• Salary will be based on the candidate's level of experience
• Should be capable of managing all aspects of family law cases, starting from initial pleadings to discovery, mediation, temporary hearings, trial, final order, and post-judgment
