Job Description: Newlands Law Group is a small plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm specializing in litigation and trial of complex catastrophic injury cases. We are looking for an associate with 0-5 years experience, preferably in personal injury or litigation, but experience is not necessary if a candidate has the required work ethic and aptitude. This position is fully remote but will involve constant communication with the team. This position distinguishes itself in that there will be no better opportunity to get hands-on work litigating and trying multi-million dollar cases for a very junior lawyer. You will be thrown in the deep end and taught how to swim. You will quickly become a seasoned and experienced complex catastrophic personal injury lawyer. There is no limit to your compensation, which will be commensurate to the amount of money you generate for the firm. If this challenge appeals to you, we look forward to meeting you and discussing further.
Please include your resume, cover letter, unofficial transcript, and a writing sample. For the cover letter, include your favorite law school experience and your 5 and 10 year plan for your legal career (1 to 3 pages in length). Put a random 1 in the cover letter somewhere that appears to the uninitiated to be a typo (so we know you actually read all of this).
