Energy Dispatch Director directs the real-time operations of energy dispatch centers. Responsible for ongoing transmission and distribution of energy. Being an Energy Dispatch Director aware of generation expectations and is responsible for minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency and economy. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Energy Dispatch Director demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a top management. The Energy Dispatch Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Energy Dispatch Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • SUMMARY: To provide quality customer service and products to customers to maximize cooperative profitability through the development of energy products and programs while achieving recommended margins per the Vice President of Energy.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contacts customers and maintains regular communication with existing assigned accounts.
    • Works directly with customers on orders, billing, contracting, understanding of operation, delivery scheduling and follow-up.
    • Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance.
    • Serves customers by assisting with contract questions, fuel product and price questions and delivery requests.
    • Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing and accurately billing customer account.
    • Provides information and follow-up by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data to respond to customer requests.
    • Resolves concerns, questions and complaints by investigating issues and composing responses and referring all non-standard complaints to Vice President of Energy.
    • Maintains quality service and advises supervisor of potential problems.
    • Maintains accurate written records on all accounts including recommendations, concerns and all topics discussed with the customer.
    • Assists in the supervision and scheduling of deliveries through daily contact with assigned drivers.
    • Stays abreast of new technologies, products and pricing.
    • Gives prompt courteous service to all customers.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
