Energy Dispatch Director directs the real-time operations of energy dispatch centers. Responsible for ongoing transmission and distribution of energy. Being an Energy Dispatch Director aware of generation expectations and is responsible for minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency and economy. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Energy Dispatch Director demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a top management. The Energy Dispatch Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Energy Dispatch Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Summary The Delivery Dispatcher works with customers, business partners, and drivers to deliver exceptional customer service.

    The person for this position is responsible for answering most inbound calls from customers and drivers. The ideal candidate must be able to provide quotes and coordinate within our dispatch department to ensure customers are receiving orders in a timely manner.

    Candidate must be able to manage moderate call volumes, must work well with others, possess multitasking abilities and strong work ethic.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answer phones in a professional manner;

    answers customer's questions concerning price, and use of merchandise. Educate customer regarding medicinal properties and / or effects Dispatch delivery orders, as necessary to comply with customer requests and time tables Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout day Process orders-performs order entry, reviews orders for correct pricing, quantities, payment information and delivery into calendar Schedule future orders / deliveries into calendar Knowledge of the local geographical territory Prospects and develops relationships with potential customers, or leads to cultivate new business and communicates with outside sales reps.

    Assumes other duties as assigned Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and / or retail sales. Comply with company’s cash handling policies.

    Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.

    Cleans shelves, counters, or tables. Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift. Pulling inventory from the pick-pack room and entering products into the customer’s sales order.

    Building and setting up profiles on Dutchie. Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications.

    Maintains up to date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and / or effects. Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and work station area.

    Reports all issues to management. Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state / local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card and be 21 years of age or older. Will be required to complete OSHA 10 and Annual METRC training webinar.
