As a Cannabis Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our delivery services. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of cannabis products to our customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a liaison between delivery drivers and patients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of delivery expectations

- Provide support and guidance to delivery drivers, including resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during deliveries

- Ensure patients receive accurate information regarding delivery times and product availability

- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients regarding deliveries, products, or services

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive patient information

- Collaborate with the customer service team to address patient inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly

- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the delivery process and enhance patient satisfaction

-Accurately pull and fill delivery orders for delivery drivers in a timely manner

​**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service preferred

Must be 21

Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in computer applications, and dispatch software

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required to occasionally assist with deliveries)

Must pass a criminal background check and comply with all state and local regulations governing cannabis industry employment
