Energy Dispatch Director jobs in Orange, CA

National Equipment and Service, a leading provider of commercial dock and door installation, maintenance, and repair services, is expanding operations! We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, coordinating a team of Field Service Technicians across the Southwest Region. You will also manage warehouse and truck inventories, handle purchasing and logistics, and serve as a liaison between the field, the office, and our vendors. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch Field Service Technicians across the Southwest Region.
• Manage warehouse and truck inventories, including purchasing and logistics.
• Serve as a liaison between the field, the office, and our vendors.
• Monitor and track job status changes and clock ins/outs in software.
• Review service reports for discrepancies and inaccurate information.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and services.
• Perform check-ins with field employees and log disciplinary activities.
• Coordinate with a field trainer on an in-house training schedule.
• Identify any gaps on the dispatch board and communicate with sales to fill-in.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field service technicians as a Dispatcher.
• Proficiency with Dispatch software, or equivalent FSM/CRM/ERP.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office or Mac equivalent.
• Knowledge of local geographical regions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills and proactive communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven, service environment.
