We are looking for full time Field Merchandiser Supervisor to implement, direct and assist with auditing store operations, resetting projects and promotional activities for the marketing of convenience store products. Responsibilities
Ensure compliance and successful execution of merchandising.
Verify and update shelf tag and pricing for accuracy, auditing product sets and checking for out of date merchandise in order to maintain merchandise integrity.
Audit all Freshie’s Promotions, to include POP and display execution.
Executes marketing strategies and objectives.
Completes surveys as needed for the Category Manager.
Hire and train team members for a Strike Team for Hancock County sites, as well as manage Strike Team operations.
Responsible for employee coaching, development and disciplinary actions.
Support with receiving and invoice entry in PDI.
Assists in ensuring all staff are trained and properly executing compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
Assist in ensuring all marketing and promotions adhere to company’s promotional calendar.
Supports sales promotion activities and prepares, or directs workers preparing merchandise displays, and advertising copy ensures all marketing materials and displays are always in good condition.
Manages vendor relationships to include ordering and receiving.
Follow company Pricebook expectations changing merchandising pricing per Daily Price Change Report.
Trains c-store employees on PDI Handheld Assistant.
Support with invoicing/credit in PDI back-office system.
Supports Store Renovations and New Builds, overall store operations, in position as needed, initiative work as assigned, ordering seasonal merchandise for Strike Team, support vendor relationships, contract compliance and plan-o-gram development.

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or at least three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Driver’s License with clean driving history, reliable vehicle is required.
