Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service through management of heating oil delivery drivers, office staff, and delivery schedules.
Duties include:
- Manage oil drivers on a daily basis.
- Manage office staff daily.
- Take phone calls and schedule deliveries.
- Organize and dispatch delivery routes.
- Process payments as necessary.
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring drivers when needed.
Education:
A degree is preferred but not required given the right work experience.
