Gold Coast Security is a 24/7/365 answering service and security company looking for Answering Service Operators and Central Station Dispatch Operators to answer calls as well as monitor security/fire alarm systems and notify client and/or emergency services accordingly. Operators must possess the following:

-Phone Skills

-Written and verbal communication skills

-Basic computer skills

-Strong work ethic

-Ability to work independently and as a team member

-Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

-Pass a background check for security licensing

-Ability to work nights and/or weekends (including holidays)

-Dependable for scheduled shifts

-Available for shift changes if necessary (vacation, sickness, etc.). Gold Coast Security is a family-oriented company and supports children's extra-curricular activities.

Dispatch Operators answer multiple phone lines in a fast-paced answering service. Calls are processed as per client procedure and may be time sensitive, in-depth, or emergencies. Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client and caller is required.
