Role Overview: Join Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance as a Communications Dispatcher, a pivotal role bridging effective communication across various channels, from emergency calls to social media messages. Our team thrives on accuracy, promptness, and clarity, ensuring seamless coordination, especially during urgent and emotionally charged situations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle a mix of emergency and regular communications, including calls, emails, texts.
• Efficiently solve issues by providing information or suitable solutions.
• Coordinate deliveries and orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Prioritize communications based on urgency and relevance.
• Deploy teams - from cleaning crews, inspectors, and maintenance units - to designated locations.
• Stay updated on the status of cleaning crews, ensuring timely cabin check-ins.
• Equip teams with essential information, from order specifics to potential challenges.
• Diligently maintain logs and digital records of all communication and activities.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven record of reliability.
• Technological proficiency, especially with computers.
• Quick and accurate typing, coupled with data entry experience.
• Bilingual efficiency in English and Spanish (both oral and written) is preferred but not required.
• Stellar organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Sharp judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Physical capacity to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and endure prolonged sitting or standing.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
