The Dispatch Supervisor will manage the immediate aspects and conditions of field operations including but not limited to on time performance standards, service interruptions, detour management, and all other aspects of the transit service. This position will also oversee BOC Dispatchers, Road Supervisors, and Terminal Supervisors and ensure that they are accomplishing all their assigned tasks and following their unique job descriptions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Transit Operations Shift Manager will provide guidance and support to all Transit Operations personnel for the goal of maximizing the reliability and safety of our transit service for our passengers.
