Oversees the work of dispatchers and ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures. Being an Energy Dispatch Supervisor requires at least an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager/head of unit. The Energy Dispatch Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. POSITION SUMMARY
Pearce seeks a motivated Dispatch / Intake team member to join our rapidly growing national telecommunications and renewables services company. This key role supports our Field Teams by receiving, processing, and dispatching callouts for field technicians working in multiple service lines and in multiple states. This role will support our HQ Paso Robles Office.

SHIFT: Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm 0r 11:00am -7:00 pm Pacific Time
