Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll/Dispatch Coordinator. This pivotal role involves managing payroll processes efficiently and ensuring seamless dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner using our designated payroll system.
• Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with financial audits as required.
• Dispatch Operations:
• Coordinate and schedule product deliveries effectively to optimize resource utilization.
• Communicate with customers and our Batch Supervisor to maintain smooth processes and address any issues that may arise.
• Monitor delivery schedules and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve logistical challenges and adjust dispatch plans as necessary to meet customer demands.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of payroll and dispatch activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address concerns and implement improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll and dispatch-related inquiries from employees and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing and dispatch operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
