Our Client has an immediate opening for a Construction Services Dispatch Lead in Auburn, WA. Duties will include scheduling the appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for numerous construction projects Septic Plumbers Electricians. The Dispatch Lead will provide clients with high quality customer service and will communicate the clients' needs to our field staff. Duties will also include inputting data into our scheduling software and preparing field files for staff. This position also requires compilation of daily field reports and providing administrative support to project managers.
Answer Incoming Customer and Technician Phone Calls/Electronic Messages
Schedule and Coordinate all Service Calls in order to Dispatch Drivers & Service Technicians via Computer Based Dispatch Program (Service Titan) & Phone
Manage Workflow and Create Schedules – Oversee and Facilitate the process of the Service Appointment
Analyze & Solve any Issues impacting Technicians/Customers during the Process – Strategically work w/ Technicians to ensure Customers receive 5 Star Service
Point of Communication between Customers and Technicians throughout the Process
Update System Databases with Customer and Job Info in Real-Time
Monitor Operational Reports
Ensure Jobs are Complete and/or Report Additional Work Needed
