Our large towing and transport business is looking for a night dispatcher to add to the team at our Dubuque IA location. This office is the main dispatch area for multiple Iowa locations that cover Eastern Iowa. This is a fast-paced, high-energy position and an essential role within our company. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, outgoing, confident individual to fill this position.
Duties will include:
· Dispatching calls to team of drivers
· Handling customer and driver requests or issues
· Communicating and working well with the team
· Adjusting confidently as needed
· Answering phones and helping customers
· Inputting data for calls
