```Duties```
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
- Monitor and track the progress of deliveries to ensure on-time performance
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any issues or concerns
- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and maximize efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records of shipments
- Collaborate with logistics team to plan and schedule transportation activities
```Experience```
- Previous experience in dispatching or transportation planning preferred
- Familiarity with logistics and freight operations
- Proficient in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping
