Beginning Pay $15.00 – 19.00 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Receive inbound calls.
• Routing and Scheduling of Crews using telephone and e-mail
• Customer follow-ups.
• Coordinating multiple variables to get crews on jobs.
• Receive photos, reports, and time sheets, making sure all are logged and are properly documented.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Not Required)

• • Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with Google Programs
  • Self-Motivated, Dependable, Multitasking, Strong attention to detail
  • Dispatch or Coordinator Experience Preferred (Not Required)
