Must possess an ability to multitask in a busy, demanding environment. Resource Management a plus. Must provide outstanding customer service and be proficient with several computer applications and radio communications simultaneously. Ability to type 40 WPM, strong computer skills with ability to efficiently problem solve. Must perform job duties in a manner that promotes a good team workplace environment, including treating all persons with respect and empathy.
