What you will do:

• Dispatch truckloads and packaged goods from warehouse to farm and intra company transfers
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries with crop consultants and customer
• SH&E compliance with direct reports: placarding, manifests, load securement, and others
• Work closely with co-workers and supervisor in a team environment
• Manager and enforce record retention and enforce company policies and procedures as required
• Responsible for reporting repair and maintenance concerns for equipment and work area to supervisor
• Responds to routine requests from internal and external customers
• Demonstrates professionalism and promote teamwork
• Responsible for performance management process for all direct reports
• Responsible for reporting incident/accident events to supervisor as soon as it occurs
• Weekly inventory spot check of inventory products that have been delivered the previous week
• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License required
• Creative problem solver and "strategic thinker" with a very strong work ethic
• Must have excellent time management, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Ability to work long hours during high demand season
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday during high demand season
• Strong vehicle knowledge, including semi knowledge
