Service Dispatcher

  • Lad is expanding!! We are currently looking for a Service Dispatcher to join our growing team in Pasco WA. The position will involve assisting a wide variety of customer needs, from circle repairs and pumps to coordinating new production work. We are looking for a highly driven individual with great customer service skills and experience and to help our customers have the best possible experience.     Primary duties and responsibilities

    • To be the first line of customer service and doing all that you can to assist in getting them the help that they need in as efficient a way as possible.
    • Receive, process, dispatch and invoice all service calls. Reception and evaluation of new work orders to include task evaluation and documentation.
    • Work with service team to ensure timely and accurate billing of all service invoices.
    • Participate in production scheduling meetings and daily scheduling of jobs. Schedule and participate in department meetings and safety meetings
    • Process timesheets and billable time and file for record keeping
    • Process and notify manager of any warranty and or safety concerns Reporting and record keeping for any injuries and or safety violations Maintain timely and accurate processing of all service paperwork
    • Work with your manager to expedite processing of department paperwork
    • Continual improvement and evaluation of tasks to improve efficiency and productivity Other service tasks as supervisor requires based on department needs

    Job RequirementsStrong customer service skills

    • Strong time management skills and ability to multi task and to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
    • Knowledge of Microsoft software, keyboarding, email and general computer skills
    • Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping, honest and trustworthy with confidential company information
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
