Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $24.00/hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Take incoming customer calls
• Dispatch service technicians to job sites
• Debrief service technicians after completion of each call
• Forecast workload for technicians
• Update customer files
• Create service contract proposals for new customers
• Maintain maintenance agreements
• Make customer survey calls

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in dispatching or customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including working in MS Office
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Ability to multi-task
