Energy Dispatcher jobs in Milwaukee, WI

Coach USA, a leader in the motor coach industry, is looking for a 3AM part-time dispatcher, that will include weekend shifts. The ideal candidate must like challenges and are able to work well with people, this may be the job for you. This position is responsible for assigning drivers, issuing assignments and dispatching vehicles in accordance with pre-published schedules/charters and on-demand requests.

**Must be able to attain a Commercial Drivers’ License. **

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary Liaison between Operators, Maintenance and Operations
• Data entry, filing and switch board requirements
• Monitor phone calls; communicate with manager on-call any issues
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to maintain employee morale and loyalty with a diverse workforce
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent people skills and communication skills
• Commercial Driver’s License preferred with “P” and Air Brake endorsement or must qualify for this certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
