Job Description
As a Dispatcher your primary role is to delegate, schedule and route our Service Technicians. Dispatcher tracks field technician work location, equipment, and work status; monitors scheduled service appointments and helps anticipate dispatching decisions throughout the workday. Dispatcher works closely with the whole customer service team and shares information regarding service time frame, appointment availability, delays, or special instructions.
The position is fast-paced, and requires the individual to be able to transfer attention from one duty to the next quite often, while possessing sound judgment to find solutions for any challenges. Position is on site, Mon- Fri / 8am-4.30pm.
