  • Functional Responsibilities

    • Ability to learn to collaborate directly with all levels of Management and Crews to maintain and modify on time schedules to meet the Customer’s needs.
    • Ability to learn to work directly with internal and external Customers in a professional manner in securing accurate information in support to the success of production.
    • Must have the ability to react quickly to last minute adjustments
    • Ability to learn to maintain Crew assignments with ability to make adjustments when needed.
    • Ability to learn maintain accurate Job Board
    • Monitor sudden weather changes or road hazards in an effort to keep all Drivers aware and assist in establishing new routes when same occurs.
    • Ability to learn to maintain required log books and reports required
    • Maintain job packets to ensure completion and accuracy when submitted
    • Assist in maintaining system assets / inventory of all incoming and outgoing inventory
    • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to learn knowledge of roadways and lease roads are necessary to assist and direct Crews
    • Ability to work with flexible schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
    • Complies with Company Rules and Regulations
    • Participates in 5x5 Safety and Observation Program
    • Participates in JSEA and Tailgate Safety Meetings
    • General Housekeeping
    • Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

    Education, Licensure and Certifications

    • High School/GED Preferred

    Required Skills

    • Experience – Entry
    • Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures and/or government regulations.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals and effectively communicate/present information and/or respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
    • Mathematical Skills - Intermediate Skills – Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, etc.
    • Reasoning Skills - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables.
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to provide driving directions
    • High level communication skills

    Required Knowledge

    • Ability to learn and obtain knowledge of services location offers
    • Ability to learn and obtain knowledge of geographical region
    • Ability to learn and obtain knowledge of equipment operation and function description

    • This job requires frequent moderate to heavy work.
    • Employee will be exposed to moderate to high noise and the potential of chemicals and fumes or gasses in a shop environment or on location, if necessary.
    • Employee will stand or walk 50% of the time and frequently be asked to bend, squat, reach or climb.
    • Employee will sit 50% of the time completing office related work.
