Energy Dispatcher, Sr. jobs in Lancaster, PA

Description :

The Dispatcher provides administrative and dispatching duties within the inspection department. Job Duties- Receive service calls from reception during regular office hours- Coordinate work order and agreements- Dispatch technicians to perform the work- Coordinate call off lift rentals for work orders- Coordinate subcontractors for work orders- Create and provide subcontractors and vendors with purchase orders- Process work orders and inspection reports- Process purchase order number for restock on inventory- Collections for service and inspection billings- Process service and inspection paperwork to electric forms- Maintain log of inspection reports- Assist with ordering and purchasing material from vendors, as needed- Other duties as assigned Monday - Friday7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm Dress code : business casual (jeans okay)
