Energy Manager monitors the organization's energy usage. Develops and implements practices and procedures designed to reduce energy consumption and/or improve efficiency of usage. Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Responsible for the processing of time sheet for Restaurant payroll information and submit to the Company Payroll Department in a timely and accurate manner. Orders Restaurant supplies from vendors, organizes vendor invoices, checks in vendors and processes all invoices or receipts and submits to the Administrative office, Performs inventory on all merchandise at the Gift Shop and/or working at the Gift Shop, Assist with credit card reconciliation, Will assist and fill in where and when needed at the Restaurant. Responsible for formatting and posting Employee’s work schedules. Responsible for checking out and balancing Wait Staff.
