    About the Opportunity:

    In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and post-launch optimization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and leadership, to ensure the platform meets the critical needs of our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature set, ensuring the platform delivers real value to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the product roadmap for Energy Domain Data, focusing on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback from industry professionals to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
    • Define product requirements, work closely with engineering teams to translate them into actionable features.
    • Champion user experience (UX) by collaborating with designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive platform.
    • Develop and analyze product usage data to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
    • Manage product launches and ensure smooth user adoption through compelling communication and training materials.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS or data analytics space.
    • A strong understanding of the oil & gas industry and the challenges faced by E&P companies.
    • Proven experience in conducting user research, defining product requirements, and managing product roadmaps.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • A data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on user behavior and product impact.
    • Passion for the energy sector and a desire to make a difference in the industry.
