Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader for a Manager, Development role. At Spearmint, developers are responsible for executing the company's strategy and advancing projects and/or portfolios of projects in battery energy storage, solar, and wind. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills while having development experience in ERCOT, MISO, PJM, SPP, or CAISO.
This individual contributor role will report to the Sr. Director of Development as part of Spearmint’s development business unit.
