The Field Service Manager Automation and Controls – Permian will:

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operations of the Permian Automation and Controls Operations.
• Managing workloads for various projects/jobs and ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards.
• Identify any waste, inefficiencies, or service inconsistencies to determine areas of improvement in relation to customer deliverables.
• Project management of workload, multiple customers and varying projects, and allocation of resources to successfully and efficiently complete such projects while balancing technician resources.
• Fosters and ensures implementation of the corporate safety environment for all employees of CEC to follow and ensure CEC’s safety goals are met or exceeded.
• Full-Cycle estimation for projects
• Supervise and manage technicians, work to develop team members providing feedback, coaching and training.
• Communicate with customers, visit customer and work sites balancing your time in the office and in the field.
• Ensure that work is performed in accordance with appropriate Company standards and work methods including monitoring safety practices and a high quality of workmanship and productivity.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 10 years of Automation, Instrumentation and Programming experience in Industrial.
• Understanding and experience working with Profit and Loss statements.
• Must hold multiple certifications including PLC programming.
• Ability to interpret and utilize electrical and Process and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs)
• Must have skills/experience with the following:
• RTU's, EFM's, VFD's (ROC 107, 800, ABB RMC, TotalFlow)
• PLC Programming (Allen Bradley, Idec, ScadaPack)
• HMI Development and Programming (Beijer, Red Lion)
• Communication protocols & radio communications (Freewave, Xetawave, MDS)
• Networking TCP/IP
• Instrumentation Calibrations
• Wireless Instrumentation
• Solar Powered Systems
• Modbus mapping and protocol language
• Business Development background is a plus.
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Automation and Controls or related field is a plus.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
