Being an Energy Manager prepares annual budgets associated with conservation programs. May research alternative/renewable energy technologies and determine their feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, Energy Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Energy Manager work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The Quality Manager will have the responsibility of leading a Quality Assurance Department for a manufacturing operation. The core business is the manufacture of single phase and three phase padmount distribution transformers. Quality Manager will also be responsible for ISO 9001 Standards and Customer Warranty activities.
