    Kapur is seeking a highly motivated Energy Services Representative to join our team and work closely with a leading utility company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating gas and electric service installations for both residential and business customers. Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively managing multiple work orders, communicating with customers, installers, and engineers, and maintaining accurate documentation. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers in residential, commercial, and industrial communities in coordinating gas and electric service installations.
    • Collaborate with customers, installers, and engineers to provide high level customer satisfaction.
    • Manage multiple work orders simultaneously making sure deadlines are met.
    • Keep customers informed about the status of their work orders and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
    • Review customer applications, ensuring accurate and complete form submissions.
    • Conduct on-site visits to meet with customers and address any installation-related issues.
    • Maintain consistency and organization of documents related to work orders and installations.
    • Attend weekly meeting calls to discuss work orders and provide project updates.
    • Schedule installations in an efficient and timely manner, considering customer preferences and resource availability.

    Requirements/Education:

    • Basic knowledge of electric and construction principles is preferred.
    • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience preferred.
    • Must have access to a personal vehicle for transportation
    • A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $35.05 per hour
