HVAC Outside Sales Rep worknig in the Lancaster/Reading Market

Responsibility Expectations

Develop and manage effective sales strategies that generate and close new business

• Collaborate with Home Services Project and Sales Manager to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth
• Complete all required sales process documents accurately
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
• Work with Home Services Project and Sales Manager to implement targeted sales strategy
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales 
• Accurately maintain detailed and accurate sales reporting through designated CRM tool
• Identify key markets, stay on top of emerging trends, and collaborate with team
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new business with team

Best practices and process improvements aimed at retaining clients

• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
• Work collaboratively with Home Services Project and Sales Manager to foster a culture of continuous process improvement
• Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
• Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
