As a Residential Solar Appointment Setter, you will be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our door-to-door sales representatives. Your role will involve engaging homeowners, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and create appointments for the sales team.
• Educate homeowners about the advantages of solar energy and the services offered by our company.
• Schedule appointments for the sales representatives based on customer interest and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and interactions with potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scheduling and ensure efficient utilization of time.
• Continuously update knowledge about solar products and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in direct sales or appointment setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed appointment targets.
