Energy Representative is responsible for providing energy efficiency advice to customers. Develops, communicates, and monitors programs related to energy efficiency, sustainability, waste management, and environmental impact. Being an Energy Representative develops and distributes educational material; evaluates and recommends alternatives to existing systems or processes. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Energy Representative typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an Energy Representative typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer relations, including employment of good phone skills, maintaining a high standard of customer service. Timely and accurate accounting and recording of sales, payments and all other requirements of customary office procedures. Active participation in company promotional activities. Office appearance and condition of records. Familiarity with and adherence to company policies and regulations. Performing every duty in a safe manner.
