Responsibilities
A key enabler of Mainsprings mission is the ability of its team to develop and execute on key growth strategies required to substantially grow our new sales pipeline. This includes developing the required strategies and executing on prospecting initiatives that drive top of funnel sales growth. Mainspring seeks a Sales Development Rep, to help develop and execute on these critical opportunities.
Under the direction of the Manager, Sales Development, this role is responsible for helping to develop and execute on the lead generation and prospecting strategies required to provide top of funnel pipeline growth for the sales team. This requires the individual to:

The Bay Area salary for this role is $80k-$100k base bonus pre-IPO stock options benefits. This position can be hybrid. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee.
