Sales Representative

Full Time, Part Time, No Experience Needed

American Energy and Construction is a rapidly growing Solar company based out of Daytona Beach, FL and is looking to continue to expand its horizons. Our company is now hiring motivated individuals at all experience levels, and are especially interested in those with leadership experience or those who wish to work towards that to further fuel our growth, as we help fuel theirs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities vary by role and include but are not limited to: pre-qualifying homes and anticipating customer needs, generating leads, closing deals virtually and/or in-person, account management, bringing in referral business, and more
• Providing world-class customer service throughout and after the sales process
• Embody AEC Core values and Team Expectations
• Great communication and time management skills
• Continuing sales education through AEC provided trainings

Job Requirements:

• Sales experience is a plus but not required for all roles
• Minimum 1-year in-home sales experience required for advanced roles
• Able to work afternoon/evenings
• Thorough knowledge and ability to execute on AEC’s sales processes, techniques, and best practices
• Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and other CRM’s
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Willing to travel and market areas selected by Office Sales Manager and Team Lead
• Valid Driver’s license and personal source of transportation to travel within designated areas
• Able to pass a criminal background screening for some roles
• Personal cell phone

Work Location: In Person/ Office

License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
