Health and Fitness Activations is seeking reliable, health-conscious brand ambassadors to work with us on an in-store demo sampling program!

Job Description:

• Promote, sample, and sell Verb Energy's delicious energy bars!
• Educate consumers on the product's clean, plant-based, and sustainable ingredients.
• Promote the product's certified Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Non-GMO nature.
• The right candidate must be successful at reaching sales goals, be energetic, relatable, and PASSIONATE about healthy energy bars that support an active lifestyle.
• Also must have (or be willing to obtain) a 4-foot demo table and a food handler certificate.

Pay Rate:

• $27/hr - paid weekly via direct deposit. This is a W2 role.
• Opportunity to qualify for a $5/hour monthly sales bonus for reaching sales goals.

Location: Earth Fare - 1735 W State of Franklin Rd, Johnson City, TN. 37604

Dates/Times:

• There is one (1) demo available in March.
• Can be scheduled on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday.
• Each demo is 3 hours long. For example, 11am-2pm or 3pm-6pm.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The right candidate must be able to commit to and complete all assigned shifts each month beginning ASAP. This will become an ongoing program for the right candidate.
• You will be required to set up your demo table within the assigned grocer retailer, prepare and distribute samples, and engage with every person, customer, and employee alike.
• Proper photos and inventory reporting will be expected following each demo.

Training: Must be able to complete a paid, virtual training course prior to the first demo. Previous knowledge of Promomash is a plus!
