Being an Energy Representative, Sr. develops and distributes educational material; evaluates and recommends alternatives to existing systems or processes. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Energy Representative, Sr. typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an Energy Representative, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Energy Consultant to join our team. As an Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. If you have a passion for Building Industry, enjoy working with people, and have a strong interest in creating energy efficent buildings, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties
- Educate customers on the benefits of efficent energy solutions
- Assess Architectural design needs and recommend appropriate energy efficent products or services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available energy programs and incentives
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to read architectural plans, ability to learn computer software programs to enable you to your job, and have a passion for finding solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or energy consulting is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Environment Sciences and Construction Science
- Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
