Solar Energy Consultant                 

Landmark Solar is a family-owned full-service solar sales & installation company with locations in Taylor, Missouri and Muscatine, Iowa. We service customers in northern Missouri, west central Illinois, and southeastern Iowa. With many years of experience, we work closely with our customers, sharing extensive solar knowledge to boost year-to-year performance.

We are seeking a Solar Energy Consultant to join our team and help families and small businesses in Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois access clean energy in their homes or businesses.

As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will help homeowners and businesses analyze their energy needs with the goal of reducing their electricity costs and carbon footprint. Emphasis is placed on listening to your customer and creating a buildable design that meets their needs. You will gather electricity use data and offer solutions for reducing utility costs by taking advantage of government incentives in the area of solar and batteries.

Solar experience is not required. We are willing to train!

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1 years’ experience in the service industry (restaurant, retail, etc.), preferred, not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Proficient in the use of laptop, iPad, and smartphone.
• Working knowledge and use of Algebra.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel the territory.
