Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. Duties:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and market our products or services to potential customers
- Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in solar sales or a similar field is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using software tools for lead tracking and sales reporting
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
