Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is bilingual, has experience in solar sales, and possesses exceptional customer service skills. Our redline is $2 a watt.

Duties:

- Conduct door-to-door sales and market our products or services to potential customers

- Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports

- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up

- Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Experience:

- Proven experience in solar sales or a similar field is preferred

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust

- Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus

- Proficiency in using software tools for lead tracking and sales reporting

- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
