As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Director (also known as Compliance Director, Risk Management Director), you'll manage the day-to-day functions of the EH&S department, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies, and oversee permitting and risk assessments. You'll also lead the site's Emergency Action Plan, partner with the Physical Security Team, and implement EHS policies and management systems.

• BS or BA Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related discipline/experience.
• 10 years of EHS experience leading and implementing EHS compliance and risk management programs in a manufacturing environment.
• 10 years of experience leading and supervising a team of EHS, engineering, and/or operations professionals.
