As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Director), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You will collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities and ensure customer deadlines are met. Your role will also involve managing outside contractors, overseeing safety team activities, and developing measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or vocational studies (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with at least 4 years managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in PLC, Electrical, and Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, as well as Hydraulics Experience.
